General painting - Interior and Exterior:

This house in Grey Lynn was built and designed in Bauhaus style, the original colours were a bit darker and stronger.

My advice was to go with colours similar to the original colours with a choice of grey, blue and white giving an outstanding result and really happy house owners.

The stained glass lead lights seemed to blend in harmoniously with the new choice of colours as well.

The pergola in the picture will be painted in a maroon/dark wine red replacing the dull brown lending a more vibrant effect to the exterior of the building and its surrounding.

In time I envisage the rooms inside will be repainted as well, reflecting the style of the building and the owner’s modern lifestyle with very expressive feature walls in every room.

Venetian plastering:

One of the most exclusive and expensive finishes available as it is a time consuming decorative art. Nothing is comparable to this remarkable material made from marble dust imported from Italy.

Brush techniques:

Every design is possible with varying tools. I can customize finishes to your unique tastes or cater to whatever finish you may desire.

Sponge techniques:

Every sponge has its own expression and unique pattern. There are times I search for that perfect sponge for a particular job, once found, used, to create a magnificent effect. When the job is finished the sponge will be worn out leaving it unique signature on your walls.

Pattern rollers create retro style:

I have collected old pattern rollers from many different countries, cleaned, repaired and given them new life again.

Ancient and modern stencils:

These are few examples of different pattern rollers. Combined to suit the age of the building and my clients’ lifestyle bringing the desired decorative effects.

Decorating & vinyling:

I am highly experienced to upgrade client's homes and businessrooms with wallpapers and vinyls.

Murals:

Always unique and very special, needs to be reinvented every time. Together I paint the client's vision and ideas in place, each one reflecting a mood or thought.
